Shipping and Returns

-Free shipping on all order over $100
– Standard shipping 5-7 days for order less than $100
Note that shipping fees are non-refundable due to operational costs.

RETURNS, REFUNDS

  1. Returns on items eligible for returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase. Returns must be in new, unworn condition in the state you receive them. We reserve the right to refuse worn or damaged merchandise.
  2. All merchandise must be unworn and in original packaging.
  3. Return costs are handled by the customer if you decide to return.
  4. A refund will be issued once we have received your item(s). Any items that are damaged when we receive them are not eligible for a refund.
  5. Your refund will be credited to the original form of payment used for the original transaction. Credit card refunds may take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete, depending on
    their processing times.
  6. Contact us for a return authorization approval via email prior to returning merchandise.
  7. Once your returns have been approved. Ship package to address you will receive in email. Be sure to retain your tracking number for your records.
  8. In the case of returns, you will be refunded the full amount minus the shipping fee.

CLEARANCE

All clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

LOST PACKAGES

Gnixscrubs is not responsible for lost packages. If your package is lost or stolen, please report it to the carrier to file a claim. Provide accurate shipping details to avoid any issues with your orders.

EXCHANGES

Items can be exchanged within 14 days of purchase. Items for exchange must be unworn, unwashed and have tags intact. Contact us at Support@gnixscrubs.com and let us know which product you
want to exchange. Customers are responsible for shipping fees on returned items. Once your items are received and approved for exchange, Gnixscrubs will cover the shipping costs for exchanges. We do not charge restock fees.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Paid orders can be cancelled up to 12 hours after purchase during business hours, Monday to Friday 9AM to 5 PM. If you decide to cancel your order after 12 hours have gone by of placing your order, you will not be eligible for a refund until orders have been processed through the system. You will need to return items. See RETURN POLICY.

Note that once you place your order it takes our system up to 24 hours to process the actual payment. 

Your items will be shipped out within 5-7 business days from processed payment times.

Remember our store is open 24/7 for shopping.

We guarantee our merchandise to be free of manufacturing defects and will accept any defective item for refund or exchange.
